What does this mean, if your county or state is in a financial crisis you can expect more cuts in social services, town services. Who does this affect? You and your loved ones! Why? with the economy being in a pseudo slow down, we know its a Recession the cost of everything has skyrocketed. $4.00 for gas, 15% increase in food prices, I'll stop there. Too depressing (smile). In my conversations with child care providers, many people(massive lay offs) are starting child care programs in their home and they are not licensed. This is very very scary! Even if the price is right, make sure you check, your little one may be in a dangerous situation. Its not worth it!
