HAPPY THANKS..... Elders Care & HQR!
As the year ends, its hard to believe that Thanksgiving is here!
This has been a year of surprises,disappointments,a lot of hard
work, perseverance,great connections, expansion and optimism.
Elders Care is still building our Companionship service. ECAT,
Early Childhood Adult Training is forging ahead with new and
old courses, staying current with NEW mandates and requirements.
(Upcoming classes available in next post!)
There are so many other things to do, but our motto is in order
to eat an elephant, you do it one bite at a time!
To all the wonderful people we know and have met and to those we

What four things do you look for, Child Care
Mamcareism answer is, when looking for Child Care
the (4) four most important things to look for is
1. Healthy environment, 2. Safe environment,
3. Are they licensed? 4. Learning environment,
would my child be comfortable and will they be
able to learn?
Last but not least, go with your gut feeling and
look at how the child reacts to the caregiver!

MamCareisms!
From time to time my son calls me Mam. Usually when he wants
something! So I decided to write about child care and call them
MamCareisms! The idea is to bring awareness to parents and guardians
concerning what to look for when searching for Child Care with a sprinkle
of my parenting tips.
